Working at a desk. Simple. Just sit down and off you go, right? Wrong. Your desk set-up should work like a finely tuned machine, with you and your workspace perfectly in sync. Okay, that may be taking it a little far, but it’s still crucial that your desk set-up is right for you.
Sitting at an improperly set up desk day in, day out could cause you serious problems, and even injury.
